Your data is stored securely in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, hosted in the Seoul (ap-northeast-2) region. We retain contact and inquiry data for up to 2 years. Portfolio applications are retained until the hiring process is complete or for a maximum of 1 year. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We use an authentication cookie (navyata-admin-token) for admin portal sessions only. This cookie is HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
We implement industry-standard security measures including Row-Level Security (RLS) on our database, HTTPOnly session cookies, server-side authentication validation, and rate limiting on public-facing forms. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
